Exceptionally comfortable and gorgeous hotel, our stay was very nice.
We appreciated spending 1 night here. Location was particularly good, our room had magnificent views. Location: the hotel was adjacent to shops and restaurants, all Dunedin has to offer and the closest park was 2 blocks away. In the evening we visited Speight's Alehouse it was nearby.

We stayed here over Christmas and the staff was really friendly and helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed and even gave us some extra holiday treats. The location was also great, just a short walk to all the shopping and restaurants. Plus, the view from our room was amazing, especially during the festive season.
The check-in process was a bit confusing as there was no one at reception when we arrived. We had to find a note with instructions and it made us feel a bit uneasy about security.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The prices are affordable, making it great value for money. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay. Despite the limited space in the rooms, they are clean and well-maintained, with a good shower and basic facilities. The small window overlooking old internal buildings adds a touch of charm to the ambiance. Additionally, the breakfast served here is delicious and satisfying.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

We had a great stay at this conveniently located motel. The room was compact, but well set out, with a great bathroom and awesome shower. The undercover parking was fantastic, especially for those concerned about the safety and security of their car. The friendly host was always there to offer assistance and give advice on what to see and do in the area.
The morning noise from the reception area was a bit of a nuisance, but it wasn't unbearable.

We had a nice Xmas stay at a motel in Dunedin. the complementary chocolates and wine were a nice touch. the motel was in a great location, close to the city center and some good restaurants and cafes. We also liked the fact that we could park our car safely in the parking lot.
The soundproofing was quite bad, and we could hear our neighbors quite clearly even though they weren't being too loud. the shower was not great and the bathroom was quite small, making it difficult to move around.

Conveniently located just a short walk from shops and restaurants. The manager, Tissa, provided us with excellent local information and even helped us park our campervan. The room was clean, equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the bed was very comfortable. The motel also had a lounge area and internet access. I highly recommend this hotel for its great service and facilities.
